Primary adenoid cystic carcinoma of the lung constitutes %0.04-0.2 of all lung cancers. It is a slowly growing tumor with an insidious course. It has a better prognosis than the other histologic types. The 18 year old male patient had cough, dyspnea and hemoptysis complaints. The patient was treated as asthma bronchiale for one year and had a history of recurrent pneumonia in the right lower lung zone. In the chest CT a mass lesion was seen narrowing the right main and upper lobe bronchi. In the fiberoptic bronchoscopy, there was an external pressure and swelling of the mucosa at the tracheal lower distance at the charina and the right main bronchus was obstructed with a vegetating tumoral lesion with a white necrotic surface. The patient who was diagnosed adenoid cystic Ca with bronchoscopic biopsy is presented because of its rare occurrence.
